項(xiàng)目定位:
在用餐前，“いただきます"（我開動(dòng)了）表達(dá)了我們對(duì)食物的感激之情。金木水火土五行元素影響著食物的生長，隨著四季更替，品嘗來自自然饋贈(zèng)的時(shí)令食材是一件奢侈的事。對(duì)于追求食材本味的日本料理來說，尋找時(shí)令食材是重要的一環(huán)。在東方國家，人們根據(jù)月的盈虧計(jì)算農(nóng)耕漁獵的收獲時(shí)間，“月”對(duì)我們的生活影響不亞于太陽。位于貴陽希爾頓酒店的日本料理餐廳“Akari燈”，我們以五行元素為餐廳中的包間命名，室內(nèi)的“燈”散發(fā)出與月光相近的柔和光線，飽含我們對(duì)“月”的感謝之情。

“Itadakimasu” we are saying before starting to have a meal. It expresses gratitude for all life which will become our food. The greatest luxury is to have ingredients in season, which are gifts from the earth: consisting of water, fire, soil, wood, and metal. For Japanese cuisine: tasting of the ingredient itself without excessive seasoning, is the most important to find and gather the seasonal ingredients. In the oriental world including Japan, according to the lunar phase, we have measured the timing of harvesting, fishing, and hunting. Therefore, the moon has more influence on the oriental lifestyle than the sun. This restaurant “Akari”, opened in the Hilton Hotel, Guiyang CHINA, presents the gratitude of our motherland and the moon. The five PDRs are subject to water, fire, earth, wood, and metal with moon-like dimming lighting.

空間意境:
貴州多山巒，餐廳的外立面使用了未過多加工的山石，以此來還原自然的造型，表達(dá)對(duì)大自然創(chuàng)造的力量和美學(xué)形狀的崇敬。石門是可活動(dòng)的，關(guān)閉時(shí)具有隱藏入口的作用。
The fa?ade expresses reverence for the force and aesthetic shape created by nature. The rough rocks are applied without excessive processing. The part of the stone wall is pivotable.

空間布局:
在正方形的空間中，劃分出包間與壽司吧臺(tái)、鐵板燒房間等包間區(qū)域，并以五行命名。包間錯(cuò)落的布局中形成了間隙，我們利用這個(gè)間隙為各包間設(shè)計(jì)了對(duì)應(yīng)的景觀，既美觀又能保證包間私密性。
The diagonally arranged planning in the rectangular space of PDRs, sushi counter, and Teppanyaki counter makes the gap, which becomes a small interior garden and keeps the PDR privacy.

餐廳的用餐區(qū)域主要由包間和分散的散座區(qū)域組成。在以包間為主的餐廳中，我們將每個(gè)包間視為獨(dú)立的建筑，具有獨(dú)特設(shè)計(jì)的外立面，又需要做到每個(gè)包間外立面詼諧統(tǒng)一。鐵板燒包間被設(shè)想為一個(gè)半開放式的空間，外立面使用玻璃磚，在確保一定程度的隱私和開放感之間取得平衡。鐵板燒包間以“火”為主題，整體為暖色調(diào)。
In the restaurant whose PDRs are the main dining area, we made them as a single independent architecture and applied a unique fa?ade on each of them. To be used as a semi-closed PDR, water-rippled glass bricks are applied on the separation for certain privacy and openness at the same time. The warm color and material used in this fire-themed PDR.

設(shè)計(jì)選材:
壽司吧臺(tái)區(qū)域以五行中的“水”為主題的。我們想表現(xiàn)光反射在水面上的效果，最終它呈現(xiàn)了一個(gè)強(qiáng)大而具有象征意義的壽司柜臺(tái)。富有層次感的組子細(xì)工格柵保證了壽司吧臺(tái)區(qū)域的深度感與私密性。榻榻米包間以“木”為主要元素，通過在創(chuàng)造間隙的同時(shí)建造墻壁和展示架，減少了密封感。
The odd-shape polar brick, on the back wall of the sushi counter, represents the light reflection on the water and creates a symbolic scene. By means of the Kumiko-like wood screen in front, the multiple layers create a sense of depth and privacy for customers. By making slits between a cloak, display, and walls, it is achieved to reduce the feeling of pressure.

在酒店庭院中設(shè)置了能劇舞臺(tái)，庭院中昏暗的燈光映照著不同主題的包間
“Nou” stage-imitated platform was established in the courtyard of the hotel. The different themed PDRs are dimly lightened up.
